SARL VALIG (Head quarter : 181 route de Strasbourg, 01700 Miribel – Les Echets) through it’s website implements several process including the use of personnal data. VALIG will be held as data controller according to the french law of the personal data protection « Responsable de traitement au sens du Règlement Général pour la Protection des Données (RGPD) » and to the law of IT « Loi Informatique et Libertés (LIL) ».
SAS DOORTAL is part of the group VALIG. Thus althought your exchanges take place with DOORTAL, the responsibility of your personnal data is indeed assumed by VALIG.
Below, you’ll find the information that will help you to understand how VALIG is using your personnal data. If these explanations are insufficient, you can address all your questions to rgpd@doortal.fr .
You provide your data (last name, first name, employer, employer’s adress and e-mail adress) by filling out the contact form and then clicking on the « Send » validation button located at the bottom.

Le service administratif de DOORTAL Service (chargé d’orienter les demandes) ainsi que le service technique pour traiter la demande.

Vous fournissez vos données (nom, prénom, téléphone et adresse mail) en remplissant les champs demandés par le formulaire d’inscription sur notre page « Intéressé par la pose de portes DOORTAL ? ».
Les données recueillies via le formulaire sont envoyées au service Marketing de VALIG afin de traiter votre demande et les mettre à disposition des commerciaux correspondant.
Deux services de VALIG auront accès à vos données :

Toutefois, si votre demande initiale mène à des traitements ultérieurs (par exemple, dans le cadre d’une collaboration commerciale), ces traitements ultérieurs seront fondés sur leur propre base légale.

The data collected via the online chat is sent to the customer service departement in order to respond to your request.
The sales departement of VALIG, will have access to this data.
The data directly registered through this form will be processed on the basis of your own consent. Howerver, if your initial request leads to further need (For example : recrutement, or business collaboration, …) your data will be kept based on its own legal basis.
You provide your data (last name, first name, employer, employer’s adress and e-mail adress) by filling out the fields ot the recruitement form (for example : last name, first name, e-mail adress, phone number, and the informations contained in your CV and your cover letter.
The data collected via this form, is sent to the HR departement of VALIG in order to decide eventually to your job appliance.
The data submitted through this form will be processed on the basis of a future potential job offer. However, if your initial request leads to further needs (as part of a full recruitement process or hiring, …) your data will be kept based on its own legal basis.
You provide your data by filling in the fields requested by the form inserted in the chat window (these are your name, first name, e-mail address and telephone number); other data are also generated by the use of the chat (they relate to your request).
The data collected via the chat is kept in the file of your request and used to respond to your request.
Data directly from this form will be processed on the basis of your consent. However, if your initial request leads to further processing (e.g. in the context of technical assistance), this further processing will be based on its own legal basis.
You provide your data (last name, first name, employer, employer’s adress and e-mail adress) by filling out the account creation form and then by clicking on the validation button located at the bottom. You can also add data through the management panel of your profile.
The data collected via this form, is sent to the IT departement to administer the private PROS or PRESCRIPTIONS space for which you create an account.
Two departement of VALIG will have access to your data : the IT departement and the sales departement.
The data required to create and then manage your user account will be used as long as this account is active.
They will be deleted 3 months after the deletion of your account, whether this deletion occured at your request or from valig.
This right allows you to know what data VALIG holds about you. All you have to do is write to the contact details indicated above to receive a list of all the data held of you by VALIG within a maximum of 30 days.
This right allows you to have your data modified in case of error or change. If you have a pro or prescriber area on www.doortal.fryou can change some of your data directly via your profile management panel.
In any case, you can send a request for rectification to the contact details given above.
For all processing based on your consent, you will be able to withdraw this consent at any time and without justification, thus preventing any processing of the data concerned in the future.
If you would like us to stop using all or part of your data, or even to delete it, you can also send us a request to the same contact details.
