TRANSFOPLUS, the transformer door for private premises

The TRANSFOPLUS range includes two models of door sets with specific equipment for transformer doors:

Low and/or high ventilation louver with specific aluminum blades (not compatible with fire resistance)
Approved European cylinder
Standardised display kit for transformer doors
Hasp for padlock on hinge side

As to performance, two options are available:

Fire resistance rating EI² 60 minutes according to EN 1634-1
Sound reduction: from 43 to 52 dB depending on the model

The strengths of the TRANSFOPLUS concept

Robust design with 10-year guarantee.

The door leaf is made of 1.5 or 2 mm thick steel sheet and the frame is made of a continuously welded closed profile, ensuring optimum stability of the door.
In addition, the exclusive Doortal hinges have a maximum resistance according to EN 1935. The whole system is guaranteed for 10 years.

A C5 anti-corrosion treatment:

The galvanized steel used by DOORTAL, coated with a specific thermo-lacquering, results in an extremely resistant anti-corrosion system, it has obtained the C5 classification, for high durability according to the EN 12944-6 standard.

Customised dimensions and customised finish:

In order to meet the requirements of each site, DOORTAL manufactures doors in custom size dimensions, in single or double leaves. In addition, the power coating finish is available in all RAL colours. Each door set is thus perfectly adapted to its environment.

Easy to install on any surface:

The installation of the door sets is carried out according to the ChronoFIX® DOORTAL concept. Simple and fast, the installation is done by screwing than sealing around the frame, a solution adapted to all supports.
