The Bourg-En-Bresse departmental music academy is built on a 3 levels building with a total surface of 2284 m², including 2 rooms for collective practice, 1 theatre for rehearsal room, 1 amphitorium of 180 seats and 25 teaching rooms.
There are over 1,000 registered pupils and 2,300 children from the region (schools, colleges) who are given instrumental lessons every week.
